Graifon Limited was founded to close a gap we kept seeing: businesses either got strategic advice with no execution, or execution with no strategic thinking. We combine both under one roof.
Based in Hong Kong — a natural crossing point between East and West — we work with companies that need a partner who can navigate a new market and also get the goods moving.
Consulting is the foundation, not a separate business: the market knowledge and risk assessment we build during an advisory engagement is the same knowledge we apply when we take on sourcing, logistics and payment for a trade deal.
